When you make a booking we collect:
About you:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postcode
About your dog (new customers):
- Dog's name, breed, age, approximate weight
- Medical conditions
- Behavioural notes
Your vet's details (new customers):
- Vet practice name and phone number
Consents and agreements:
- Your acceptance of our Participation Waiver
- Your photo/video consent choice
Technical data: Our website host (Vercel) may record standard technical logs (e.g. IP address) for security and operation of the site.

3. How We Store Your Data
3.1. Booking data is stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace), protected by account credentials.
3.2. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our domain is registered with Ionos.
3.3. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except: payment processing (Square) when payments are taken, the service providers listed above, or where required by law.
4. How Long We Keep It
- Booking and customer records: kept for up to 6 years after your last booking, for business and legal records.
- Photo/video content: kept while consent remains in place; deleted on request.
- You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights).
5. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Restriction — limit how we use your data
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent — for consent-based processing (e.g. photos), at any time

6. Children
Our service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Our booking site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential technical storage may be used for the operation of the site.
