DogRun™ — Participation Waiver & Health Declaration

Health & Fitness Declaration
I confirm that my dog is in good general health and has been cleared by a vet to participate in physical exercise. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform DogRun of any medical conditions, injuries, or behavioural concerns that may affect my dog's ability to participate safely.

Reactive & Behavioural Declaration
I confirm that I have disclosed any known reactivity, aggression, or behavioural issues my dog may have. I understand that DogRun reserves the right to refuse or stop a session at any time if a dog displays behaviour that poses a risk to itself, staff, or others. No refund will be issued where a session is terminated due to undisclosed behavioural issues.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks. While DogRun takes every precaution to ensure the safety of all dogs in its care, I acknowledge that injuries can occur and I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my dog.

Liability
I agree that DogRun, its staff and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss suffered by my dog during or as a result of a session, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of DogRun.

Emergency Treatment
In the event that my dog requires emergency veterinary treatment and I cannot be contacted, I authorise DogRun to seek immediate veterinary care on my dog's behalf. I accept responsibility for any costs incurred.
